A few hours ago, we saw a huge wave of MVP award notifications being sent to Facebook in a loop. This was obviously not intentional. We've shut down the feature until we understand exactly what happened and fix it.
Unfortunately, for the users impacted, there is no easy way for us to remove those update from your wall. You have to go there and remove them yourself manually.
